Cinnabar Challenge Met!

A big thank you to everyone who donated to the Friends as part of this year’s Cinnabar Challenge Grant. Cinnabar has matched $5,000 in donations from Friends like you for a total of $10,000. With your help we were able to meet our goal and continue our mission to save the wild Scotchmans.

Your donation allows the Friends to continue our outreach, education, and stewardship projects. It’s the reason we’re able to teach kids about the wilds in their own backyard as part of our Winter Tracks program. From maintaining trails on our volunteer stewardship crews to sponsoring events that build community, your contribution makes it possible.

Montanan’s Len and Sandy Sargent created The Cinnabar Foundation over 25 years ago. It is Montana’s own home grown conservation fund. The Foundation awards grants to groups dedicated to ecosystems in Montana and the Greater Yellowstone. The Sargent legacy lives on through the work we do. We appreciate their support.

Missed out on the Challenge? It’s never too late to help save the wild Scotchmans: Donate
