Event Description:

Join expert tracker and wildlife researcher Brian Baxter for an evening presentation on the basics of animal LKBBonerminetrackstracking.  This is a free event and everyone is welcome.  This slide show presentation will be held in the Fireside Room at the Venture Inn from 5-6pm, followed by questions and social hour until 7pm.

Brian Baxter is a long time resident of Libby, MT and has worked in forestry and wildlife research for decades.  He has been involved with projects focusing on lynx, wolverine, fisher, marten, badger, owls, Bull trout, and mule deer. Brian has been teaching outdoor educational programs for approximately 16 years.

Saturday, January 20th, will be a field day, meeting at 9 am at the Venture Inn.  This field day will explore beautiful northwest Montana forests and wetland habitats while observing and interpreting tracks, sign, scat, and wildlife trails.  Check out our Animal Tracking & Sign Interpretation field day on January 20th.  Please be sure to sign up for the January 20th field day.
