Hike Description:

Join us for the 11th anniversary hike to the summit of Scotchman Peak (7,009 ft). This trail is  steep and unrelenting, but very rewarding in terms of views. In all there is about 3,700 vertical feet of climbing over 4 miles. Hikers will need incredible stamina, good knees, hiking poles (recommended), and plenty to eat an drink. Come prepared for ANY weather!
If the snow lingers in the lower elevations (and I hope it does), the hike may be extended by as much as 5 miles and 500 ft vertical.
