The annual State of the Scotchmans will take place Thursday, June 2, 2016, at the Forrest M. Bird Charter School, Sandpoint. Bruce L. Smith, author of “Life on the Rocks: A Portrait of the American Mountain Goat” will be the keynote. Smith is a 30-year veteran wildlife manager and scientist of the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Attendees will also hear from FSPW’s staff and board about progress made in the past year.
