Start Spreading The News

I am excited to share with you our newly redesigned Friends of Scotchman Peaks Wilderness website AND our new presence on Facebook, You tube and Twitter!

We have reformatted these pages with all the information you enjoy: Guided Hikes schedules and self guided hike information, notices of upcoming events, wilderness news and stunning photos as well as general information about the Scotchman Peaks.  We have set out to make everything easier to find and expanded on the value of this content. We hope you will enjoy the experience! If you do, please pass your comments on to us and to your friends.

Spread the news!

We are leaping forward into the world of “Social Media”.  We now have prominent buttons on our home page linking directly to a Scotchman Peaks Facebook Fan Page, a dedicated YouTube Channel and the voice of Mr Scotchman can be tweeted right to you!  Each of these will carry messages uniquely designed for those Friends who want to stay on top of the ongoing conversation about the Scotchmans.  Now there is no need to wait for the next newsletter to come out, or to wonder when the website might have new information.

Sign up to be a Facebook Fan or a Mr Scotchman Twitter follower and you will be the first to know about every new event, development or interesting conversation!

So, sign up today and start spreading the news about the Scotchmans. Help us start a dialogue with all our friends!

As always, we welcome your feedback – leave us a comment below or drop us a note from our Contact Page.

  1. Kudoa to the Webmaster! Looks really slick. Still trying to face up to Facebook – maybe a beer will help

    1. Thanks Neil! And yes, beer ALWAYS helps 🙂 just be careful about drinking and commenting – it can be a dangerous combination!

  2. Scotchman Peaks new website is wild!

  3. Try the website out. All kinds of information tucked away on it. It is a good way to keep up with all that is happening. Also you can subscribe to the Friends neat newsletter right on the site.
