Event Description:

Join Friends of Scotchman Peaks Wilderness for our annual State of the Scotchmans celebration! Set against the stunning backdrop of Blue C Ranch, this free, family-friendly gathering is our way of saying thank you—and keeping you in the loop on our continued work to protect the proposed Scotchman Peaks Wilderness.

Come enjoy live music from local favorite John Firshi, grilled burgers, homemade desserts, and refreshing beverages, bear spray training with a remote-controlled bear, and updates on wilderness conservation, volunteer awards, yard games, merch, and raffle prizes!

Please bring a blanket or chair to sit on and settle in for an afternoon of food, music, and stories from the wild. Whether you’re a longtime supporter or just getting to know the Scotchmans, we’d love to have you there!

Let’s celebrate everything we’ve accomplished—together.
