Hike Description:East Fork Peak provides stunning views of the northern part of the proposed Scotchman Peaks Wilderness. This hike starts off with minimal elevation gain the first couple miles, then becomes steep for about 3 miles. The total is about 8.5 miles round trip with about 3,000 foot vertical gain. This is an area that doesn’t get a lot of use. Please bring hiking poles and an extra pair of shoes that you can get wet, as we will need to cross East Fork Creek.
