Hike Description:

Join FSPW on this wonderful hike on the South Fork of the Ross Creek Cedars. Leave the summer crowds behind as we make our way through the ancient Cedars, following the creek up to a waterfall. The trail is mostly shady and passes through the Sawtooth Fire of 2015.  It will be interesting to see the regrowth. Come prepared, the creek can be nearly knee deep.  It’s 9 miles roundtrip with 1300 feet of elevation gain, a small price to pay for getting away from the hustle and bustle along the nature trail.

Bring a hearty lunch to eat relaxing at the falls, extra water (or a water purifier), sunscreen, sunglasses and bug juice.

We will meet at 8am PT (9am MT)
