Kelsey Maxwell

Comm. & Dev. Director

Kelsey has been living in Sandpoint since 2020, reveling in the beauty of our wild backyard. She graduated from Colorado College with a degree in Environmental Science and Feminist and Gender Studies. Since graduating, she has worked in environmental advocacy, communications, and state politics. While living in Colorado, she worked as an advocate for a statewide environmental non-profit and a legislative aide for Senators Tammy Story and Julie Gonzales. She moved to Stanley, Idaho to work as an environmental educator at the Sawtooth Interpretive and Historical Association and quickly developed a deep admiration for Idaho’s natural wonders.
