Hike Description:
A journey a little over 7 miles. We will enter a large old-growth forest and ascend up Cub Creek towards the magnificent Spar peak. A climb of over 3,100 feet, you will feel every mile as we enjoy wildflowers, huckleberries, ancient snags, and the first signs of fall color at the top. Bring a coat as it’s always chilly and windy and normally rainy this time of year. We will meet at the trailhead at 10am Mountain Time.
