There’s no better way to show love for Scotchman Peaks than volunteering for trail crews. It’s the work that keeps our wild backyard open for everyone. You can join a group trail day or adopt a trail to go out solo or as a family unit!
Volunteers are the heart of Friends of Scotchman Peaks Wilderness. They are the core of our board of directors, trail teams, Winter Tracks instructors, Trail Ambassadors and more. They’re a part of the wilderness family.
Community is the heart of Friends of Scotchman Peaks Wilderness. After all, the reason conservation supporters work to save the wild Scotchmans is so the kids and grandkids in all our lives can enjoy wild places decades from now. FSPW is a grassroots organization fueled by the support and volunteer spirit of North Idaho and Northwest Montana towns.
