Sip and Shop

The Thanksgiving Day weekend is over, family and guests have gone home and we are all tired of turkey and turkey leftovers!  Black Friday was a push and shove fest for those who battled the lines at the big box stores in Coeur D’Alene for deep discounts.  For others Friday was a wonderland of white and filled with powder on those first runs at Schweitzer. Either way, it was a busy weekend, but now it’s time to turn to the serious business of the holiday season.  It’s time to sip some wine and shop in style and comfort!  And benefit the Scotchmans at the same time.

On Monday November 3oth, the Pend D’Oreille Winery, on Cedar Street in Sandpoint, will host a special holiday “Sip and Shop” from 4pm to 7pm to benefit the Scotchmans.  They will donate ten percent (10%) of all sales to the Friends of Scotchman Peaks during this event, including wine by the glass!  So whether you need unique place settings, a fancy corkscrew or a silly little wine stopper as a stocking stuffer, stop by the winery.  Stay for a glass, or two and sip while you shop.

But if you are in a rush to get home, then “think green, drink red”.  We’re not talking fruitcake smoothies. Bring in your refillable magnum and the winery will even donate the 10% of the cost to fill the bottle.

So swing out in Scotchmans style, start the social season right and toast the holidays with us!
