Join our Women’s Only trail project as we work on the Dry Creek Trail #1020. This trail runs along the base of the Pillick Ridge complex, providing access to Star, Hamilton and Napoleon Gulch Trails. You’ll help to clear downed trees, repair tread, enhance trail by trimming back plants, and improving the intersections with the trails that if “feeds” into. This project is perfect for beginners.
Wear sturdy boots, carry lots of water, pack lunch and lots of snacks, dress in long pants, long shirt, hat, sunblock, and bring your own work gloves. Be prepared to have a great time as we make a difference in the Scotchman Peaks.
We will meet @ 8am-3pm Pacific (9am – 4pm Mountain)
How to get there:Dry Creek Trail #1020: The trailhead is just off of Montana Highway 56, at about Mile 13. Turn onto Forest Road 1118 (Dry Creek Road) and go about 100 yards, park at the Trailhead, on the left (south) side of the road.
