Winter hikes are ongoing; a new date for Goat Peak Redux

As of February 25, there are still seven hikes left in our winter walk series, including one on Sunday, February 27 to Ross Creek Cedars led by Neil and Ann Wimberley. Coming up Saturday, March 5, is a ski and snowshoe jaunt up to Mount Vernon, led by the intrepid Sandii Mellen. (Bring your legs and lungs.) John Harbuck has moved his Goat Peak hike from April 9 to April 15, giving those who want to do Goat Peak twice this winter an extra week to recover from Jim Mellen’s trip on March 26. Get out there!
