Event Description:

Join us on a trail project where you can break a sweat, meet new friends, and give back to our wild backyard. You’ll help to clear downed trees, repair tread, enhance trail by trimming back plants and reduce user-created shortcuts on the trail.

Wear sturdy boots, carry lots of water, pack lunch and lots of snacks, dress in long pants, long shirt, hat, sunblock, and bring your own work gloves. FSPW will take care of the rest.

We will meet @8am-3pm PST

How to get there:

Directions: From Highway 56 milepost 12.5 turn west onto FSR 1118.  The trailhead for Dry Creek Trail #1020 is located 50 yards from the highway.  Napoleon Gulch Trail #1035 departs Dry Creek Trail #1020 at the 3.7 mile mark (end of the trail). No traditional trailhead exists for this trail.  Both “ends” of the trail are junctions with other Forest Service system trails. The bottom of Napoleon Gulch Trail #1035 is accessed via Dry Creek Trail #1020.
