Board Chair
Mark is a graduate of the University of Idaho and a retired US Marine. In 2001 he felt drawn back to the wild beauty of North Idaho and embarked on a new career as a holistic chiropractor. A Friend of Scotchman Peaks Wilderness since 2008, he has participated in the Rare Forest Carnivore Study and has been active with the Mountain Goat Ambassador program from its inception.
In addition to his love of wild country, Mark is passionate about local food and home fermentation.
