Support for wilderness designation in the Scotchman Peak is growing every month, but to achieve our ultimate goal, we must convince lawmakers to pass legislation, designating the Scotchman Peaks as a protected wilderness area.

Residents of other states
If you live in another state, that’s okay! You can still let Idaho and Montana’s elected leaders know that you support Wilderness designation in the Scotchman Peaks. Ask the congressional representatives of the two states to introduce legislation to designate the Scotchman Peaks as Wilderness. While governors cannot introduce legislation it is still good to ask them to support wilderness legislation for the Scotchman Peaks.
